Collect your bikes from one of our Hubs at Castelnaud and Les Eyzies or we can deliver to the start your ride. The minimum hire period for a delivery is 10 hours and we deliver to most of the Dordogne, every day, all year round. The collection point can be different to the delivery point.
For periods longer than a day, we suggest you have the bikes delivered to your accommodation, or to where you wish to begin your tour. Take a look at our Accommodation Page for suggestions of places to stay around our area. Free Delivery Zone For a free delivery to an area within 5km around Sarlat, the minimum order is 4 bikes for the day. Otherwise, delivery will cost 20 euros per group. For a free delivery to an area within 5km around Beynac, La Roque Gageac, Vitrac, and Daglan, the minimum order is 2 bikes for the day. Otherwise, delivery will cost 10 euros. Outside the Free Delivery Zone, the delivery and collection fee is 2 euros per km travelled out from our base at Castelnaud plus 2 euros per km for the collection. Delivery Examples A. Lonely Planet Route example : Delivery of 4 bikes to Les Eyzies (25km from HUB#1) and a collection from Cahors (56km from HUB#1) The delivery and collection fee is (25 + 56) x 2 = 162 euros. B. Ask for a delivery of 3 bikes to SARLAT for a 1 day cruise down the Sarlat Green Lane (Vélo Route) or for a ride to the Dordogne Valley. The delivery and collection fee is (15 + 15) x 2 = 60 euros. C. Ask for a delivery of 2 bikes to SARLAT for 2 days cruise from Sarlat. The delivery and collection fee is waived because you have ordered the minimum number of bikes / number of days combination, for a free delivery to Sarlat. D. Order a bike from CASTELNAUD for a quiet roll down the Valley du Céou to Daglan. This route is ideal for families and novice cyclists. We have a base at the start of the Cycle path in Sarlat (Open 9h to 12h, 14h to 19h) so there is no delivery if you pick and return your bike hired here. E. Ask for a delivery to LES EYZIES (25km) to explore the valley of prehistory by mountain bike for one day. We have a base in LES EYZIES (the tourist office) so there is no delivery charge if you pick your bike up from here. If you need to order more bikes than they have available, either reserve for another day, or reserve a delivery. Les Eyzies is 25km from Castelnaud and so delivery and collection will cost (25 + 25) x 2 = 100 euros. Even though we have a base in Les Eyzies, we still need to pick the bikes up from you at the end as your bikes will have been 'borrowed from another base' and must be returned. Groups Welcome We have a fleet of 150 mountain bikes, 30 childrens' bikes and all manner of accessories. We have the capacity to deliver up to 80 bikes per vehicle and we have 2 vehicles.
