The minimum hire period for a delivery is one day, be that 12 or 24 hours.
A. 24-hour hire : From evening to evening or morning to morning and delivery can take place at your home, hotel, campsite or gite etc ... B. 12-hour hire : From morning to evening for a delivery taking place at your home, hotel, campsite or gite etc ... or anywhere else that you choose. The collection point doesn't necessarily have to be the same as the delivery point and we may also be able to taxi you back somewhere. Just ask when you reserve. The real advantage here, is that you can have the bikes delivered almost anywhere, and then you only need ride the route that you want and not do the getting there bit. For periods longer than a day, we suggest you have the bike delivered to where you are staying, or to where you wish to begin your tour. In July and August, our bikes are present at the following campsites. Camping Maisonneuve, Castelnaud Non residents can also reserve to collect their bikes from here. Camping La Val de Marquise, Campagne, Les Eyzies Non residents can also reserve to collect their bikes from here. Camping Soleil Plage, Vitrac You must be resident to reserve your bikes here. Free Delivery ZoneDelivery is free up to 30km from our hub at Castelnaud, so a delivery to Les Eyzies, Coux, Gourdon, St Cyprien, Beynac, Sarlat, Aillac, Belves, Grolejac, Siorac, or Domme won't cost you a penny.Beyond the Free Delivery ZoneThe delivery fee is 3 euros per km and includes collection. If the collection location is different to the delivery, then the fee is calculated for the furthest location minus the free delivery distance (30km).Lonely Planet Route example : Delivery to Les Eyzies (25km from HUB#1) and a collection from Cahors (56km from HUB#1) The delivery and collection fee is (56-30) x 3 = 78 euros. Delivery ExamplesA. Ask for a delivery to SARLAT for a 1 day cruise down the Sarlat Green Lane (Vélo Route) or for a ride to the Dordogne Valley. We might even be able to give you a lift back to Sarlat if you ask nicely.The delivery and collection for the 15km to Sarlat is FREE. B. Ask for a delivery to CASTELNAUD for a quiet roll down the Valley du Céou to Daglan. This route is ideal for families and novice cyclists. A bike delivery to Castelnaud is free. C. Ask for a delivery to LES EYZIES to explore the valley of prehistory by mountain bike for one day. Delivery to Les Eyzies will cost (25-20) x 3 = 15 euros. There is free parking at the riverside carpark and our routes start straight from the carpark. If you were to hire the bikes for one week around here, the delivery would be free. Groups WelcomeWe have a fleet of 150 mountain bikes, 100 touring bikes, and 50 childrens' bikes and all manner of accessories. We have the capability to deliver up to 70 bikes per vehicle and we have two vehicles.If you are organising an event or party and would like to include bike hire, please contact us with your bike needs and we will work to provide you with a complete bike solution.
